mainly because I have succeeded in feeling good about my body and as a result my confidence has skyrocketed. This blog will still be mainly celebrities, current fashion, and some fitspo food/workouts. However I am no longer “wishing” or “hoping”, I am just “doing”
I have no idea how much I weigh, but jeans that didn’t even have a chance of buttoning are now borderline loose! My thighs do still touch a bit at the top, but my muscular legs give me the confidence to show my legs off for once and wear shorts/skirts/dresses.
My friends and I entered a 5K race so I’m working out with them which brings me closer to them and also doesn’t make me feel like I’ll be judged if I pass up parties or gatherings to go to the gym (or sleep lol); they understand my passion for running and being healthy.
I’m happier, I’m always “high” from running, I’m more productive in my school work, I’m more social.
I still track intake/outtake on myfitnesspal (user name will still be wishinghopingdoing for the time being) and though my food diary is private there, I do have a personal blog where I publicly post it and any daily thoughts (message me if you want the url)
